What Does Something Blue Social Do?
I capture video and photo content that will help you remember your big day for many years to come. In particular, I specialize in vertical video for social media content.
We set up a meeting and talk about your vision and goals for the big day. We make a content shot list that I'll use to make sure we capture everything. If you decide you want Instagram reels/TikToks, we figure out what compilations you want.
On the day of, I follow you, your fiancé, wedding party, family, friends, etc. around and get the important moments and all the fun ones you will miss because you're busy running around!

My name is Tiffany and I'm a Social Content Creator! I have been making digital video and photo content since 2009, most notably for companies like BuzzFeed and The GRAMMY Foundation. I have experience in everything from travel, food, DIY, events and weddings!
I got married in 2022 so I know what it's like to plan and experience a wedding. I had a professional photographer and videographer, but one of my favorite videos at my wedding was from a guest's phone. I missed it because we were outside taking photos at sunset. I also wish I had asked someone to capture more videos and photos of the venue, my DIY decor, etc., so unfortunately I don’t have as many of those things as I would like. BUT this won’t be the case for you because this is where I come in! ;)
What Is The Difference Between A
Wedding Content Creator &
Traditional Wedding Videographer?
My background is in 'traditional' videography, and I LOVE those beautiful videos. I hired one for my wedding and the video was wonderful, but I also wish I had more casual videos from guests' phones that I could watch right away.
Wedding videographers produce beautiful, cinematic (horizontal) videos that are usually wedding highlights, speeches, toasts, etc. They can take months to receive. As a former bride, I understand that the price point can be a bit scary since photographers are almost always #1 priority when it comes to capturing the day. Video can cost just as much or more than photos.
Wedding content creation is more casual, but still beautiful and fun. Getting the footage instantly (the same or next day) means you can relive the day as soon as possible. If you're into posting content online, this is a great option for you!

1. WHY SHOULD I HIRE A WEDDING CONTENT CREATOR?
MONTHS are spent putting time into making your big day special and I want to capture content that will help you remember it for many years to come. I absolutely cherish all my wedding photos and videos and understand how important they are.
Believe me, your bridal party won't have time to capture everything. The guest you are thinking about asking can just chill and enjoy the event. Let me be your shadow and be the one dedicated to getting the content.
Did you design your reception table signs and want me to take photos and videos of it? Is your wedding cake a work of art? Want to make sure we get your parents dancing at the reception? You got it! We’ll talk about what you want me to capture and I’ll bring that list to your special day.
2. ARE THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS THAT ARE SENT TO ME THE NIGHT
OF MY WEDDING EDITED?
If you choose a package (Collection #2) with compilations (Instagram Reels/TikToks) or add them on, I will edit them for you and get them to you within 48 hours. Collection #1 is just the unedited footage.
3. DO YOU FILM EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE?
Most photos and videos will come from my iPhone 14 Pro. The content I film is made for watching on the phone and is easier for posting on social media. However, I will also use a mix of other cameras depending on the footage needed (Sony A7III, Canon 7D, DJI Action 2, Insta360). The extra cameras could be used for a second angle, time lapses, aerial shots, and more.
4. WILL YOU WORK WITH MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
Absolutely! As a fellow photographer, I understand how important these still images are. If you are considering my services, please talk to your photographer about it before booking with me. I will touch base with them before the event to go over details so we're on the same page.
5. ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?
Absolutely, 100%!! Love is love!
6. DO YOU TRAVEL TO EVENTS?
Yes, where are we going!? I’m based in Los Angeles, but am an avid traveler and willing to travel for your big day. Send me a message and we can chat about it!
7. HOW DO I BOOK MY DATE?
First, send me an email so we can get on the same page. Hopefully everything works out and we lock in the details!
A 50% security deposit is required to secure your date. The rest of the payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
8. WHAT EVENTS DO YOU DO ASIDE FROM WEDDINGS?
If you have a life event that you want captured, I can do that and probably have done something similar in the past! Baby showers, birthdays, proposals, concerts, behind the scenes, business events, home tours, etc. I got you!
Highlight reels, TikTok trends, teasers, and basically whatever you want! We chat about what kind of videos you'd like to post and we'll make sure we have the right content.
